The national project “Trucks on Tracks” aims to restore 4,000 all-wheel drive military vehicles for the needs of Ukraine’s defenders. It was launched on October 18, 2022.
In the first 3 months of joint work by businesses, philanthropists, volunteers, mechanics, and units of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 111 vehicles were successfully repaired for the front.
It should be noted that the project restores such vehicles as GAZ, Ural, ZIL, UAZ, KamAZ, KrAZ, and armored personnel carriers.
As a result, 54 vehicles received a new life at our partner’s service stations, and another 57 trucks were restored by units of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In doing so, the “Trucks on Tracks” project assisted with logistics, parts searching, communication support, and documentary support.
The repairs were made possible thanks to donations from philanthropists. Private and corporate donors contributed to the restoration of the vehicles: 1,139,159 UAH, 50,000 USD dollars, and 13 PLN.
In addition to philanthropists, we are thankful to the mechanics, partner service stations, suppliers, and everyone who searches for parts and provides vehicles with spare parts for repair. We are already working with service stations throughout Ukraine, from Kharkiv to Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Thank you to everyone who is already with us!
